MFTel.NET

A closed telephone network where your identity is a number. You dial digits, place calls and write from that number. Matrix is the pipe — events, end-to-end encryption, VoIP; what you see is number, dial, call, recents, contacts.

Exchanges

Networks never interconnect. The same digits under different exchanges are different addresses; a leading + is refused — local calls only.

Where it differs from a telephone network

Sign-in

Number and password

No username, no server picker. Your exchange is fixed in the phone; you enter your number and your password.

The phone is a web app

app.mftel.net installs as a PWA: keypad, messages, contacts, recents, settings. Calls run inside the phone screen with mute, camera, speaker, hold and DTMF.
